There are many great benefits of juicing. This store was started as a way to get healthier for myself and others! I struggled to find the "right" breakfast in the mornings that would make me feel good and still be light enough that I could consume before my workouts.
I started to drink smoothies consisting of fruit, almond milk, collagen, & ice added in and noticed I felt much lighter and more energized than when I would eat carbs. These small changes can make a big difference in how we feel.
